This is such a quick and easy dish to create, it’s amazing!
Ingredients:
1 jar Tan Rosie Aubergine & Mushroom Pesto & Spread
500g pasta
Parmesan cheese for grating
Method:
Boil the pasta until cooked and drain. Mix through the pesto until coated evenly Grate over some Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
