DELIVERY INFORMATION

UK Mainland Delivery 

  • Delivery on orders up to £29.99 is £4.95, 1-2 Day Delivery with FedEx.
  • Free Delivery on orders £30 + (UK Mainland only).
  • Scottish Highlands/Islands, Northern Ireland are subject to separate flat rate delivery charges. See rates when entering delivery details at checkout.

Courier Deliveries

  • All UK Mainland deliveries are with FedEx with a 1-2 Day delivery service.
  • Full tracking is provided.
  • FedEx deliver Monday to Friday
  • For all offshore and Scottish Highland UK areas, other couriers are used.
  • Deliveries are made between 8:30am – 6:00pm Monday to Saturday.
  • Please specify in the checkout additional information on where to leave your parcel ie. “in the porch” etc if relevant. Full tracking information is provided with each order.
  • Once you’ve placed your order, we aim to dispatch within 24-48 hours.
  • All orders are processed on a working day. So, if you placed an order on a Friday, it will not be sent out until Monday.
  • BANK HOLIDAYS: If an order is placed on a bank holiday, it will be despatched on the next working day.
  • Please be aware, due to Covid 19, courier companies are experiencing delays in service due to huge online demand.

International Deliveries

We can ship internationally! The easiest way is to email us with your order.

How it works:

  1. Select your products from our online shop.
  2. Email us with your order with your chosen delivery address info@tanrosie.com
  3. We will get the best delivery price for your approval.
  4. If you are happy to proceed, we will send you an invoice with a secure PayPal link to process your payment.
  5. You will receive full tracking information for your order. Easy!
  6. Please note: You will be liable for all customs and duty charges when your order arrives in your chosen country. Tan Rosie will not pay for any of these charges.
