  • When will my order be delivered?
    Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours (business hours) of purchase excluding bank holidays and weekends. All deliveries are made with DHL Express and are delivered within 1-2 working days Monday-Friday. Full tracking is provided with text and email notifications from DHL Express. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation. Be sure to check your spam folder and add info@tanrosie.com to your address book. You can also check your order status by signing into your account.
  • Do you have recipe ideas for your products?
    Yes, all of our products have recipe ideas and directions on the back label.
  • Are your products suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
    All of our products are suitable for vegetarians. Some products are suitable for vegans, but please check the ingredients list on each product description.

  • Where do you deliver to?
    We deliver throughout the UK only (UK Mainland and UK Offshore) and internationally. All international orders are Flat Rate Shipping. Select your country at checkout to view shipping cost.
  • Do you deliver to Scotland
    Yes we do deliver to Scotland and the Scottish Highlands. However, The Scottish Highlands and Islands are subject to separate flat rate delivery charges. Please enter your delivery details at the checkout for delivery costs. Certain areas of Scotland are also subject to separate delivery charges also.
  • How much is shipping?
    K Delivery Our shipping prices start from £2.95 Standard Shipping with Yodel and £4.95 for Tracked Express with DHL All orders of £30+ are free in the UK Mainland for 1-2 Day Delivery. Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland have separate shipping rates. Enter your delivery address at the checkout for prices. International delivery Prices can vary check price at checkout when you enter your address details.

  • Do you accept returns?
    Gift Boxes & Hampers: If your Tan Rosie Gift Box or Hamper does not arrive in satisfactory condition, we offer a replacement or refund. Inform us within 7 working days of receipt. Contact us via phone or email for resolution. For cancelled orders, credit/debit cards are refunded within 2 working days. We do not accept liability for return carriage costs unless returning faulty goods. Other Products: Opened or tampered items will not be refunded or exchanged. Inform us within 7 working days if your item is damaged for a refund or exchange. We do not accept liability for return carriage costs unless returning faulty goods.

    www.tanrosie.com is the official website for Tan Rosie. Our products are available at various farmers markets and events we exhibit at across the Midlands and UK. Please see our stockist page for retail shops around the country. We also sell on Amazon, Apple Store, Yumbles, and Etsy.
