Ingredients:
2 Chicken Breasts
Olive Oil
1/2 Packet Tan Rosie’s Jerk Rub
Mixed salad
Method:
Slice the chicken breasts into strips. Coat with olive oil and massage the rub into the chicken. Leave to marinade in fridge for around 2 hours (optional). In a frying pan, fry chicken in oil until cooked on a medium-high heat. Serve with a freshly chopped salad and crusty bread. For extra heat add Tan Rosie’s Garlic & Pepper Sauce (HOT)
