1 Packet Tofu (firm)

Olive Oil for frying & marinade

2 Tbsp Tan Rosie’s Jerk Rub


  1. Dice the tofu and blot excess water with some kitchen roll.
  2. Place in a bowl and drizzle olive oil, then add the Jerk Rub, massage until the tofu is well coated.
  3. Place a frying pan on a medium heat with olive oil. Once heated through, fry the tofu for 2 mins on each side until golden brown.
  4. Serve with a dip of your choice! Try our Caribbean Sweet Pepper Sauce 🙂
