Aubergine & Mushroom Pesto/Spread


Featured in The BBC Good Food Show Magazine in 2019, this pesto has caused a foodie stir! Caribbean style aubergines infused with garlic, spices and chillies are a great match with delicious mushrooms.

It’s Gluten Free too 🙂

Mix through pasta or noodles. Spread some onto chicken or fish, then roast or grill. Use as a topping for a jacket potato for a quick lunch or supper dish. Experiment by using it in a Beef Wellington or Salmon En Croute. It’s amazing spread onto crusty bread or toast, with or without cheese. Use on a crostini as an appetiser for your dinner parties. So many uses!

It’s suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians too. it’s the perfect spread to add flavour to your plant based meals.
