Caribbean Mash Ups – Full Day – Saturday 10th November


Join us for an exciting day of Caribbean Mash Up’s! You’ll get to grips with these delectable Caribbean dishes made with an added twist. Ackee & Salt Fish tastes great in a tart, perfect as a lunch dish. If you’re fed up of regular mash potatoes, you’ll learn how to cook Cassava and garlic mash. Cassava is a root vegetable grown widely in tropical countries including the Caribbean and is a great alternative to Maris Piper potatoes. Spice up your chicken and learn to cook Tamarind & Ginger Chicken, it’s mouth-wateringly delicious. Book now.

What to expect on the day..

  • All ingredients and equipment will be provided.
  • Recipe Cards of all dishes will be available to take home in a lovely presentation folder.
  • You will be able to eat the dishes you make onsite with other fellow cooks once lessons have finished.
  • Take all left overs home to eat after each lesson. Bring your own containers.
  • Learn from experienced home cooks Monica and Lee from Tan Rosie.
  • One-to-one guidance and cooking tips throughout each lesson.
  • Adults only lessons 18+
