Created using Monica’s special recipe, this Rum and Cherry Brandy Fruit Cake makes the perfect gift idea for this festive season. Handmade in small batches you will taste the real flavours of the Caribbean! All cakes contain minced rum and cherry brandy soaked fruit. It’s perfect warm, with a cup of tea and maybe some custard too! It’s beautifully gift wrapped, so no need to spend extra on wrapping.


Once opened keep in an airtight container and consume within 1 week.

Best before February 2024.
