Join us at Tan Rosie HQ in Witton, Birmingham to learn some Jamaican classic dishes.

We’ll be teaching you how to create a jerk marinade from scratch. Well show you how to make authentic rice and peas and more to boot!

You’ll be joined by other budding cooks, so it will be lots of fun. You’ll cook enough for two people and take all food home after the lesson. No need to bring anything but yourselves! We provide all equipment and ingredients.

  • All ingredients and equipment will be provided.
  • Recipe Cards of all dishes will be available to take home in a lovely presentation folder.
  • You will be able to eat the dishes you make onsite with other fellow cooks once lessons have finished.
  • Take all left overs home to eat after each lesson. Bring your own containers.
