Trinidad & Tobago Classics – Half Day – Sunday 13th October


Trinidad & Tobago cuisine has a strong Indian influence on many of its dishes and you’ll be a able to cook a great selection of classic dishes from TT to make your mouth water. ‘Buss Up Shut’ Roti is a classic paratha roti which is broken up or ‘buss up’ eaten with a curry dish with lots of yummy sauce. Pholourie (pronounced: po-loo-ree) are delicious flavoured spiced dough similar to pakoras and are traditionally eaten with chutneys or sauces. This is not to be missed, book now!

What to expect on the day..

  • All ingredients and equipment will be provided.
  • Recipe Cards of all dishes will be available to take home in a lovely presentation folder.
  • You will be able to eat the dishes you make onsite with other fellow cooks once lessons have finished.
  • Take all left overs home to eat after each lesson. Bring your own containers.
  • Learn from experienced home cooks Monica and Lee from Tan Rosie.
  • One-to-one guidance and cooking tips throughout each lesson.
  • Adults only lessons 18+
