Join us online with other fellow cooks in the comfort of your own kitchen with our Zoom Caribbean Cookery Lessons! It’s a fantastic way to learn all about Caribbean cookery with the Tan Rosie team.

Cook along with us and make your favourite dishes such as Curry Mutton, Rice and Peas, Jerk Chicken and much more. We can tailor the menu to suit your needs. We provide pdfs of each recipes with information about Caribbean food and cooking ingredients.

Zoom Caribbean Veggie (2 hours)

  • Spiced Corn Fritters
  • Sweet Potato & Aubergine Curry
  • Coconut Rice
  • Fried Plantain

Start Time: 1pm

How It Works:

  • Each ticket is per household
  • Select your preferred Zoom lesson date from the list below and purchase.
  • Once you have purchased your lesson, we will send you the ingredients list 2 weeks ahead of time for you to purchase everything you’ll need for the lesson.
  • You will then receive an email link with a secure password to join our Zoom platform for the agreed date and time.
  • Once the whole group is logged onto our Zoom platform, we’ll begin the session! Easy as that.
