Ingredients:

1 Packet Tan Rosie Caribbean Rub

600g Sweet potatoes

Olive Oil

Method:

Wash, chop and part boil the sweet potatoes Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle the rub making sure each wedge is covered. Bake in the oven on gas mark 7/8 for 20 or until cooked. Serve with a mayo dip and some Tan Rosie’s Garlic & Pepper Sauce (HOT) – yummy ????
